Robert MacInnes, PsyD | LPCC

Robert MacInnes received his doctorate in counseling psychology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in April of 2021. He completed his Master’s degree in clinical psychology in 2013. He has worked and trained in a range of settings. Among these are included co-occurring treatment centers, a university counseling center, and several community mental health organizations. In 2015, his dissertation proposal was accepted, a program designed to address burnout in healthcare among nurses and medical residents. Completed in April 2021, this project was unique to its field in that it was the first psychology dissertation ever to utilize a formal program development protocol, adapted from public health, as its methodology.
