We are excited to announce that we have recently opened our newest location in Otsego, MN in which we will continue to provide an impactful continuum of care program for male clients! This beautiful 32-acre treatment center is located along the Mississippi River minutes northwest of the Twin Cities, and just a few steps away from beautiful, walkable paths and great indoor and outdoor amenities.
Recovery looks different for everyone, and we’re here to help clients find the right path to recovery with our integrated continuum of care. Our goal as professionals in the mental health and addiction treatment industry, is to help individuals on their journey to recovery.

Men’s Residential Treatment Center in Otsego
Our co-occurring high-intensity residential treatment program in Otsego has bed availability for 62 men. This is 4 to 6 weeks based on each individual’s needs focusing on group and individual therapy, educational lectures, meditation, recreational therapy, and participation in 12-step support groups. We provide therapy for:
- Substance abuse
- Mental health
- And other behavioral problems

Men’s Intensive Outpatient with Lodging in Otsego
Our co-occurring intensive outpatient with lodging treatment program involves a live-in facility that treats each client holistically. There are 83 beds available for men in this 3 to 4 months based on each individual’s needs. Each room includes its own private bathroom. We also have great amenities for individuals who participate in this continuum of care program in Otsego. At the same time, we address:
- Substance use
- Mental health Issues
- Medical services
We also encourage clients, at the right time, to seek employment or volunteer as they begin re-integrating into the community.
