Men's & Women's Continuing Care
Phase 3
This is our continuing care program following Phase 2. Programs meet once weekly (we have the option of one-morning program and two evening groups for clients to choose from), consisting of group therapy and individual counseling. The program is held at the Chanhassen facility.
