Bridges at Stone Creek is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that provides treatment and support for those with serious or critical mental health issues. Bridges helps our clients regain medical stability and develop important life skills.
Crossroads, as a group program, provides additional support and skills training to help sustain emotional health.
Cornerstone is a Cognitive-Behavioral Skills Training Program, utilizing elements of both DBT and STEPPS. Cornerstone provides skills and support to build and maintain emotional regulation, behavior management, and interpersonal relationships.
