Meet Our Team
This page introduces the NorthStar Regional staff who run each campus and review your plan, many of whom have walked this road themselves. We were built by people who have done every job in a treatment center, clinical and business alike, and our leadership carries decades of combined experience in Minnesota addiction and mental health care. Every program operates under Minnesota DHS licensing, with clinical supervision and continuing education built into the work. These are the people who answer for what happens at our campuses, and you can talk to them directly.

Our leadership brings decades of combined experience across substance use, co-occurring mental health, and behavioral health operations. Licensure, supervision, and continuing education are held to the standard our accreditation requires, and reviewed independently.

What we treat
Addiction and Mental Health Treatment
Addiction treatment and mental health counseling are our two core services, and designated programs include co-occurring care.
Substance use care spans medical detox through sober housing. Outpatient mental health stands on its own: you don’t need a substance use diagnosis to be seen.
