Karissa Godel earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Crown College, her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling at Minnesota State University Mankato, and a graduate certificate in Co-occurring Disorders at Adler Graduate School.

Her clinical specialties include co-occurring issues of addiction and mental health, diagnostic assessment, holistic individualized treatment planning, and Christian cognitive behavioral therapy. She is passionate about empowering individuals to manage their mental health, to find hope in recovery from addiction, and to live a victorious life.

Substance use care spans medical detox through sober housing. Outpatient mental health stands on its own: you don’t need a substance use diagnosis to be seen.

Step One: You Call

We listen to what you are struggling with, what you need, and where you want to go. Then we walk through your options and find the right starting point for you. From day one, we also help with insurance enrollment, financial assistance, clothing, and essentials.

Step Two: We Pick You Up

An admissions coordinator stays on the line while a carefully vetted driver, most often someone in long-term recovery, picks you up anywhere in the Twin Cities metro. In the vehicle there is water, electrolytes, and a meal on the way, because arriving cared for matters.
