Daniel Snyder

Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Snyder is a Licensed Psychologist (LP) with about 30 years in the practice of psychology and over 40 years of experience in mental health related services. He received his master’s degree from Wheaton Graduate School and his Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology.

His competencies include psychological testing, mental health assessment and diagnosis, and relationship counseling. Special interests include counseling for faith communities, and Dr. Dan works well with people from all walks of life. He is known for his warmth, humor, and creative approach to the application of therapeutic skills.

Addiction treatment and mental health counseling are our two core services, and designated programs include co-occurring care.

Substance use care spans medical detox through sober housing. Outpatient mental health stands on its own: you don’t need a substance use diagnosis to be seen.

Step One: You Call

We listen to what you are struggling with, what you need, and where you want to go. Then we walk through your options and find the right starting point for you. From day one, we also help with insurance enrollment, financial assistance, clothing, and essentials.

Step Two: We Pick You Up

An admissions coordinator stays on the line while a carefully vetted driver, most often someone in long-term recovery, picks you up anywhere in the Twin Cities metro. In the vehicle there is water, electrolytes, and a meal on the way, because arriving cared for matters.
