The mental health and recovery of our clients has never been more important. We are dedicated to helping our clients stay physically safe and emotionally well. For that reason, NorthStar Regional is providing counseling to our existing clients using telehealth services, and we also continue to accept new clients.

If your therapist or counselor has contacted you about using one of our telehealth options and you need some instructions, please refer to the documents below.

Click below for instructions for using the doxy.me platform. If you don’t know your clinician’s doxy.me room name, you can visit nsr.doxy.me and select your therapist from the list of available clinicians.

NorthStar Regional is Open and Accepting Clients

At NorthStar Regional, we care deeply about our clients and our staff, and are continuing to take steps to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 within our organization while providing residential, outpatient and mental health services.
In order to continue serving our clients while maintaining appropriate safeguards and social distancing, we have moved all of our outpatient services to telehealth.
