NorthStar Regional has partnered with A Way Out Sober Living (AWOSL) to manage the operations of NorthStar Regional’s sober living residences in Chaska, Shakopee, and Carver, Minnesota.

This partnership allows NorthStar Regional to continue focusing on its growing continuum of clinical care—including Withdrawal Management, Residential Treatment, Low-Intensity Residential, Outpatient Services, and Mental Health Programming—while ensuring sober living residents are supported in a structured, recovery-focused housing environment.

A Way Out Sober Living brings dedicated expertise in sober housing, with a mission built on lived experience, accountability, hope, and community. Led by founder Derrick Haase, AWOSL provides safe and supportive recovery housing designed to help individuals build a strong foundation for long-term sobriety.

For current residents, the transition has been designed to be seamless, with NorthStar Regional and AWOSL working closely together to support continuity, stability, and ongoing recovery.
Through this partnership, residents and referral partners can continue to count on access to quality sober living options that support the next step after treatment.
