NorthStar Regional’s Men’s Residential Treatment Center on Lincoln Street in Shakopee provides high-intensity, live-in care for adult men experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. The program offers a structured, supportive environment where clients participate in SUD services, co-occurring mental health support, and life-skills development focused on relapse prevention, wellness, and emotional regulation.

With 24-hour staffing and a clinically grounded approach to treatment, the Lincoln Street facility helps men stabilize, strengthen recovery skills, and build a foundation for long-term success.

To support continuity of care, clients may transition to outpatient treatment, sober housing, peer recovery support, or additional services within NorthStar Regional’s continuum of care.
