Located in downtown Chaska, NorthStar Regional’s Women’s Residential Treatment Center provides a comprehensive live-in recovery program designed specifically for women experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. As a licensed 245G residential program, the facility offers a structured, supportive environment grounded in evidence-based care.

Clients participate in individual and group counseling, psycho-education, skills development, co-occurring disorder support, and 12-step involvement, guided by trained alcohol and drug counselors and mental health professionals. With 24-hour staffing, the program ensures consistent care, safety, and encouragement throughout each stage of treatment.

The facility includes 16 beds in double-occupancy rooms, along with kitchen and dining spaces, group rooms, and comfortable lounge areas. The average stay is approximately six weeks, individualized to each client’s clinical needs.
