They are also for the family deciding with them, often before anyone has said yes to treatment. Each guide walks through one subject in plain language, chapter by chapter, starting with how rehab works. The guides are educational and do not replace an assessment, so our admissions team picks up where the reading leaves off. You can read at your own pace, and nothing here asks anything of you.

Step One: You Call
We listen to what you are struggling with, what you need, and where you want to go. Then we walk through your options and find the right starting point for you. From day one, we also help with insurance enrollment, financial assistance, clothing, and essentials.

Step Two: We Pick You Up
An admissions coordinator stays on the line while a carefully vetted driver, most often someone in long-term recovery, picks you up anywhere in the Twin Cities metro. In the vehicle there is water, electrolytes, and a meal on the way, because arriving cared for matters.
