Careers at NorthStar Regional
NorthStar Regional hires licensed alcohol and drug counselors, nurses, mental health professionals, technicians, interns, and operations staff across the Twin Cities. Many of our team have walked the road our clients are walking, which changes the room: less pretending, more purpose. Our leaders have done every job in a treatment center, so nobody assigns work they have not done. One connected system, detox (withdrawal management) through a sober housing pathway, means real career paths without changing employers. Openings are always listed on Indeed, and internships and clinical supervision are how we grow our own.
