Men's Treatment Center in Chaska, Minnesota

For drug rehab in Chaska at the outpatient stage, NorthStar Regional pairs intensive outpatient care with a structured place to live. Thirty minutes southwest of Minneapolis, the campus serves adults in intensive outpatient care, with men’s lodging on campus. Mornings are clinical (primary groups, mental health groups, counseling), and afternoons go to work, school, and rebuilding. Location overview

Addiction Treatment for Drug or Alcohol Use and Mental Health Issues

The center treats drug or alcohol addiction and co-occurring conditions such as depression and anxiety together, in one program with one team.

There are no confusing pre admission requirements: one call handles the substance use assessments, insurance, and a start date, often the same or next day, because the moment a man is ready is the moment that matters. We serve adults 18 and older; if you’re calling about your adult child, begin the call yourself and we’ll take it from there.

Dual Diagnosis Care

In-House Co-Occurring and Mental Health Services

Quality here isn’t a slogan; it’s consistency. Counseling and group work run on evidence-based methods, a mental health professional is assigned to this campus, and the mental health side of recovery, depression above all, gets treated in the same plan as the addiction. Family sessions bring the people who matter into the healing, and peer support meetings run on campus: 12-step among them, none required, and the word God never has to be yours. Your higher power is whatever restores you, and every man is welcome to participate on his own terms.

How Admission Works

How Admissions Works: Two Steps

However you got here, you are in the right place.

1

Step One: You Call

We listen to what you are struggling with, what you need, and where you want to go. Then we walk through your options and find the right starting point for you. From day one, we also help with insurance enrollment, financial assistance, clothing, and essentials.

2

Step Two: We Pick You Up

An admissions coordinator stays on the line while a carefully vetted driver, most often someone in long-term recovery, picks you up anywhere in the Twin Cities metro. In the vehicle there is water, electrolytes, and a meal on the way, because arriving cared for matters.
